Dr.Robert Smith recieved his doctorate in 1978 from the univ. of Florida.
Research interests: Mathematical Modeling, Simulation and artificial inteligence
He has developed computer simulations for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory
and the NASA Ames research center. He is currently developing statistical programs and
models for the Puerto Rico Highway Authority.
